These preserved Kilns are a beautiful remnant of the manufacturing and quarrying practices of Berkshire County. 

Located on federally protected land near the Appalachian National Scenic Trail, this site is a wonderful stop along the travels of trail goers and local history buffs alike.

This location in Sheffield, MA is a portion of land owned by the National Parks Service (NPS) and maintained by the Appalachian Trail Conservancy (ATC), it is subject to seasonal constraints and conditions.
